Black & White Skunk

This little guy has been raku* fired, so all his coloration and character crackles are a part of his charm. This stoneware piece has been (American style raku fired) so that smoke has accented all the areas that aren't shiny with glaze - the smoke adds a charcoal color to the stoneware. This skunk has an open back so that it can be used for a decorative container, or just a fun accent piece.
